Madalena Lamy

After four years as a Reconciliation Officer in the banking sector, I developed strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a methodical approach to problem-solving. Whilst I valued the precision required in financial reconciliation, I found myself increasingly drawn to the creative and technical possibilities of web development. This curiosity led me to SheCodes, where I discovered my passion for front-end development! Through the course, I learnt HTML, CSS, JavaScript, working with APIs, AI integration, and React. The logical thinking and attention to detail from my banking experience translated brilliantly into writing clean and efficient code. Now, I'm thrilled to transition into front-end development, combining my analytical background with my newly acquired technical skills to create functional and user-friendly web applications.
